Abstract
This study aims to analyze the performance of employees at the Mandonga Civil Registry Service Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) (CAPIL) in providing digital-based public services. This research uses a qualitative approach. This study shows that the implementation of digital systems in the Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of the Civil Registry Service (CAPIL) Mandonga has succeeded in improving employee performance efficiency and community satisfaction. However, the existing challenges need to be overcome with concrete steps so that all levels of society can enjoy public services without barriers. Strengthening infrastructure, training, and improving communication are key to ensuring the success of digital-based public services in the future
