Literasi Informasi Digital Generasi Muda sebagai Agenda Kebijakan Desa: Studi Ekosistem Informasi Pedesaan di Desa Lambusa, Kecamatan Konda, Kabupaten Konawe Selatan
Main Article Content
Abstract
This study analyzes the digital information literacy practices of rural youth in Desa Lambusa, Konda District, South Konawe Regency, and identifies their implications for a village-level digital information policy agenda. Using an exploratory qualitative case study, data were collected from three young informants through semi-structured interviews, observation, and field notes. Thematic cross-case analysis shows that digital access is relatively available through smartphones and Wi-Fi, while TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Google, and ChatGPT have become part of everyday information practices. However, verification capacity varies across informants, and participation in producing and circulating village information remains limited. The study conceptualizes this pattern as an access-literacy-participation gap: connectivity does not automatically lead to critical verification or local information participation. The findings suggest that village digital policy should move beyond connectivity toward verification skills, credible local information channels, responsible use of generative AI, and youth participation in local information production.
