Perjalanan Politik Birokrasi di Indonesia: Kajian Teori dan Analisis Konsep

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to describe the bureaucratic political journey in Indonesia. The
research method used is literature review with systematic reviews technique by looking and
identifying existing problems by developing existing concepts. The results showed that
politics was very dominant in influencing bureaucratic activities and activities. The
bureaucracy tends to be co -optured by the interests of political officials, so that they
inevitably follow the will of political officials. The presence of Law Number 43 of 1999
concerning the Principal Employment places political officials more dominant in
determining the bureaucratic career. In line with that, the presence of Law Number 5 of
2014 concerning the State Civil Apparatus conceptually puts positions in accordance with
Merit Tokrasi but that has not been able to be implemented optimally. The influence of
political officials is still very dominant in determining bureaucratic positions.
