Efektivitas Penerapan Sistem Absensi Online Dalam Meningkatkan Disiplin Kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN)

Abstract

Information technology is very important to support the government process, especially in
the implementation of an online attendance system to monitor employee attendance. This
technology is being applied at the secretariat of the city of Kendari which aims to improve
ASN discipline and improve ASN performance. The method in this study is a qualitative
descriptive approach with data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews,
documentation and literature study. Then the data that has been obtained is analyzed and
processed. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out by looking at the
results of the attendance recapitulation for the last 3 months, namely July, August, and
September, the results obtained that online attendance has been very effective in increasing
discipline both coming and going to the office for state civil apparatus (ASN) at the City
Secretariat Office. Kendari. Then the application of online attendance which is supported by
the SI-TPNSS website which functions to record ASN performance has also gone well and is
able to make ASN disciplined in work
