Penerapan Prinsip Transparansi Pemerintah Desa Padalaa dalam Penyaluran Dana Covid-19

Abstract

This article aims to find out the implementation of the principle of transparency in the
distribution of COVID-19 funds in Padalaa Village by the village government. This study used
a qualitative descriptive approach using a case study in Padalaa Village. The informants in
this study were village apparatus in Padalaa Village, including the Village Head, Village
Secretary, Village Treasurer, two Hamlet Heads, and the community receiving direct cash
assistance (BLT). Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and
documentation. The data analysis used is a qualitative data analysis method as a form of
analysis according to the results of field research showing that the Application of the
Principles of Transparency and Accountability in the Disbursement of COVID-19 Funds in
Padalaa Village, Menui Islands District, Morowali Regency has carried out directions and
instructions following existing mechanisms and data collection processes. also for the
distribution of COVID-19 Funds in Padalaa Village which is eligible to become BLT
recipients, the Padalaa Village government has carried out with the right target. This proves
that the Padalaa Village Head has carried out his duties and obligations properly as the
executor of the village government bureaucracy.
